85% of this run is off-road taking you to the confluence of the Mississippi & Saint Francis Rivers as you meander through downtown Helena, along the Mississippi River levee, and the Saint Francis National Forest.
This run is part of the Delta Grit Series - a rally style event for runners and cyclists mixing it up with music, food, and other fun cultural activities. It’s a true one-of-a-kind experience in the Arkansas Delta that you do not want to miss. Learn all about the Delta Grind gravel ride HERE.
Registration gets athletes a day of fun including post-race beers, snacks, a meal and amazing music by Andy Ratliff – all included. Special recognition goes to runners that get the muddiest or stay the cleanest.

Looking for Lodging?
We recommend the DIY camping at the nearby Helena River Park Blues Fest Campground. Shower and portapotties will be provided.
